STEPS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE 

Myra Swim provides our customers with a return’s portal for cost-effective and timely returns. Please seek our returns policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or credit upon the return of your goods.

You will need your order number and postcode to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.

AUSTRALIAN Customers will need to return your package to an Australia Post Office of your choice with all items and labels secured. Find your nearest Australia Post Office here.

NEW ZEALAND Customers will need to return your package to a DHL Express of your choice with all items and labels secured. Find your nearest DHL Express, or arrange a collection here.

Our team will process your credit/refund within 1-2 business days, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed below. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods. We do not take responsibility for lost returns.

 

What's included in our returns portal? 

  • Pre-paid postage label provided instantly.
  • Seamless exchange process for an alternate size, colour or style.
  • Lower shipping rate.
  • Paperless return process. All labels can be scanned electronically at the post office.
  • No return form required.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY 

  • All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date received. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer.
  • We offer refunds on full priced Myraswim items only.
  • Items marked 'sale', discounted with a promotional code or purchased during a sale period with an automatic discount will be eligible for a Store Credit only.
  • Skin products, sunscreens, hats, accessories and towels are final sale.
  • All items must be tried on over undergarments.
  • Garment bags must be returned with purchase.
  • All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Any item that has been worn, washed, stained/soiled, damaged or altered will be subject to disposal, or can be returned at the cost of the customer. PENALTY FOR SOILED RETURNED ITEMS - $20.00 | All soiled returns will be shipped via standard postage.
  • All returns and exchanges via our portal incur a flat fee of $10.00. This fee will be deducted from the total refund or store credit amount.
  • Exchange orders via our portal will be dispatched when your return has been shipped.
  • All refunds will be processed via the method of payment used only. If a gift card was used, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift card. Any remaining balance will be returned to the alternative payment method.

FAQ 

SALE/ DISCOUNTED ORDERS 

Items marked 'sale' or discounted with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund. Store Credit only. 

EXCHANGES 

If your pieces didn’t fit as anticipated, you can exchange your items for a different size, colour, or even select an alternative style from the "Shop Now" section in our returns portal. 

STORE CREDITS

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Our gift cards do not hold an expiry date and can be used on any future purchase with Myraswim.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS 

In the event your pieces may be faulty, please contact our customer service team at info@myraswim.com. Please supply your order number and an image of the fault so we can assist you further. Please note that wear and tear to a garment is not considered a product fault. We do not take responsibility for this.

AFTER PAY RETURNS 

If you choose to return an AfterPay order that is full price, you will receive a full refund via Afterpay. If you return an AfterPay order where you purchased sale items or used a discount code on your order, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
