Please note that we cannot & will not take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect information. Due to a high email volume, we may not see inquiries before processing. Double-check your shipping details before payment for a smoother experience.
ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM?
• If you make a mistake & wrong items are ordered during sale periods, we can not take responsibility for changing the order before or after its dispatched.

• Once a sale order is placed, it can not be cancelled. We do not honour order cancelling or change of mind during our sale period.
FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER?
• Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items.
HONOURING DISCOUNTS AFTER SALE PERIOD HAS ENDED
