SIZING & FIT NOTES
Please use the Myra Size Guides as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.

• All Myra Swim garments are labeled with AUS sizing labels unless stated otherwise.
THE BASIC MYRA FIT BREAK DOWN
• Our sizes run in five standard sizes. Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large.
• All pieces are standard sizing unless advised in the item description.
We suggest reading all garment item descriptions online to avoid ordering the wrong size.
• Seamless finishes give a super stretchy feel and can stretch out to 1 size bigger (returning back to normal size when taken off)
• Due to our minimal cut & coverage style, we suggest larger busts going up one size to your standard t-shirt size unless you are comfortable with minimal coverage.
• Please note XS & XL sizes have been introduced into our stock, so if you have any questions regarding these sizes, please contact our customer service team. If you do not see a selected style in the extended sizes, please contact our customer service team to be advised if it will be stocked any time soon.
MYRA MINI SIZING
• When selecting kids' sizes, choose the size closest to your child's age.
• If your child is in-between sizes and you are unsure what size to buy, we recommend sizing up to accommodate your growing child.
• If your child has a longer torso, we suggest going up one size in our one pieces.
• If your child is 11+, we recommend a women's XS
Myra Swim swimwear is made to fit and feel like a second skin. For ultimate comfort and durability all year round. Myra Swim fabrics are high quality Nylon spandex and, with a seamless finish, are made to stretch and mould to any body type. You will find our sizes are super stretchy to fit all curves without giving you that dug into skin look.
Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday.
We are Australian based; all times noted below are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
ALL OUR ORDERS COME WITH COMPLETE DOOR TO DOOR TRACKING & REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you request that the signature be removed from your shipment, Myra Swim or the couriers are not liable for the shipment being lost or stolen.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES IN NEW ZEALAND
• Please allow 48 business hours to process orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment. (During non-sale period)
• We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. If you do not provide the correct shipping address, we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising an order.
• If you choose to remove a signature from your shipment, PTY LTD can not take responsibility for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
Myra Swim does not refund shipping costs if, in the unlikely situation, shipping is delayed
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MYRA SWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS.

MYRASWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
• If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a $40.00 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.(New Zealand only)
• All items are to be signed for by DHL. If you are not home to receive your package, have no one else to sign for the item and have not organised an alternative way to collect your package, and your item is returned to us, this $40.00 fee will occur.
• If you choose to remove a signature from your shipment, Myraswim PTY LTD can not take responsibility for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments once deemed delivered by the carrier.
• We will not pay for your return shipping. This is the customer's responsibility.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Gold Coast based customers can now shop online & collect their orders from our HQ in Currumbin. To use this method of collection, please follow the following steps.
• Select 'Warehouse Pickup' as shipping option at the checkout. If you do not select this, your order will automatically be processed via Australia Post for shipping. We can not reverse this.
• Please wait for your 'order processing complete' email & text before coming to collect your order, as, during busy periods, we might not have processed your order by the time you come to collect.
Bring the following to collect your online order

Photo ID - we will refuse any collection without a form of photo ID that matches the details on the order.

• Please allow between 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
• Due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods- if wrong items are ordered during sale periods, we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment.
• If your order is shipped before your customer service email is checked, it is the customer's responsibility to return the incorrect items purchased.
• Once a sale order is placed, we can not add or remove items to or from the current order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.

STEPS OF RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Myra Swim provides our customers with a return’s portal for cost-effective and timely returns. Please seek our returns policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or credit upon the return of your goods.
You will need your order number and postcode to submit your return. Once you submit your return, you will receive a postage label directly to your email. Attach the label securely to your postage bag.
AUSTRALIAN Customers will need to return your package to an Australia Post Office of your choice with all items and labels secured. Find your nearest Australia Post Office here.
NEW ZEALAND Customers will need to return your package to a DHL Express of your choice with all items and labels secured. Find your nearest DHL Express, or arrange a collection here.
Our team will process your credit/refund within 1-2 business days once returned, ensuring adherence to our Return Policy listed below. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

OUR RETURN POLICY
- All orders must be returned within 14 days from the date received. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted, and will be returned at the cost of the customer.
- We offer refunds on full priced Myraswim items ONLY.
- Items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
(Excludes $20.00 sign up code). - Skin products, sunscreens, hats and towels are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Footwear can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.
- All swimwear and clothing must be tried on wearing undergarments.
- Myraswim garment bags must be returned with purchase.
- All items MUST be returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips attached. If hygiene strips or tags have been tampered with or removed, the return will be voided.
- We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered. Returns of soiled or tampered with items will be voided and are ineligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. Customers can choose to have soiled items returned to them at their own expense or opt for free in-house disposal. PENALTY TO HAVE SOILED ITEMS RETURNED - $30.00. | All returns will be shipped via standard postage (Duties and taxes will not be covered)
- All returns via our portal incur a flat fee of $10.00 per order. This fee will be deducted from the total refund or store credit amount.
- All exchanges via our portal incur a flat fee of $10.00 per order. This fee will be a required payment via our returns portal.
- Exchange orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your return is shipped and is in transit. All exchange orders are shipped via standard postage. Please contact our customer service team if you require express shipping for your exchange order.
- All refunds will be processed via the method of payment used only. If a gift card was used, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift card. Any remaining balance will be returned to the alternative payment method.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges on full priced items only. All items marked 'SALE' or purchased during a sale period with any discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If your pieces didn’t fit as anticipated, you can exchange your full price item for a different size, colour, or even select an alternative style from the "Shop Now" section in our returns portal. Straight exchanges for an alternate size can be done by selecting "Exchange for new size".
All exchange orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your return is shipped and is in transit. All exchange orders are shipped via standard postage. Please contact our customer service team if you require express shipping for your exchange order.
Myraswim will NOT cover or reimburse duties and taxes, or import fees for exchange orders.
We offer one exchange per order. If you require additional exchanges, we recommend returning your order for a store credit and placing a new purchase.
STORE CREDITS
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Our gift cards do not hold an expiry date and can be used on any future purchase with Myraswim.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN-STORE
Online purchases can be returned/ exchanged in-store at our Currumbin Waters showroom. Please note that the Returns Policy listed above applies for in-store returns. Please visit here to view our showroom details.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event your pieces may be faulty, please contact our customer service team at info@myraswim.com. Please supply your order number and an image of the fault so we can assist you further. Please note that wear and tear to a garment is not considered a product fault. We do not take responsibility for this.
AFTER PAY RETURNS
If you choose to return an AfterPay order that is full price, you will receive a full refund via Afterpay. If you return an AfterPay order where you purchased sale items or used a discount code on your order, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
